Aircraft owner - an option to define operator name per a tail for Handling Requests sending purpose

An aircraft edition page has now a new tab: Aircraft Owner. Here you can define an operator name/ICAO code which will appear on the Handling Requests form. The address field in this section is for the internal information only - it does not get exported.
