Different operators want to show fuel prices either as Base price (excluding tax), or Total price (including tax). Meeting this request, we have added an option to define a default fuel price, as well as viewing these prices in a panel 'Fuel Prices' and switching between BAse & Total price type in a section OPS.
DEFINING DEFAULT FUEL PRICE TYPE
Go to a section 'Settings' and in 'General Settings' panel define a default fuel price - click a drop-down Default price type for fuel prices and select between total and base, then save.
Section FUEL PRICES
We have also replaced a column 'Price' in a section OPS > Fuel Prices with 2 separate columns: Base Price & Total Price. It is possible to select different fuel units (GAL, L or T) to each column - as long as an uploaded fuel file contains 2 types of the price. If a fuel file has only 1 fuel price, Leon will show 0 in Fuel Prices page in the column price that is missing in the file (see screenshot on the right).
Section OPS
It is also possible to switch between Base & Total fuel price in a section OPS, tab FUEL. Right in top-right corner of the screen you can find a switcher to view a proper type of the fuel price.
The price with the marked checkbox 'Show on Crew Tripsheet' will show on this document, in a section Fuel Info.
