FLIGHT ORDER
We will turn off an old Flight Order format from the OPS documents list.
An old format means the one before 'Documents Manager' panel was introduced, so this will affect only operators who joined Leon before April 2019 and actively use that document.
Below you can find instructions how to turn on a new 'Flight Order' format.
1. Enter the ADMIN panel > DOCUMENTS MANAGER section.
2. Click NEW TEMPLATE button and select 'Type' as 'Flight Order'.
Check which version was the one your operator had used by clicking the 'pdf' icon - see samples on the right, of all 3 types of 'Flight Order' documents available in Leon.
3. Once the 'Flight Order' template is selected and changes are saved, Leon will transfer you to HTML page, where - if you have HTML/CSS knowledge - you can make adjustments to your template. If no changes are required, click 'backspace' and you will get back to the main 'Documents Manager' page.
4. Here select 'Flight Order' in the item 'Filter by'. Because the new 'Flight Order' has not been published yet, you will not see the new format until you select 'NO' in the item right next to 'Filter by'.
5. To publish the document to the OPS documents list (and to Crew App, if necessary), click the white dot and when it becomes green, it means the 'Flight Order' is available to be used.
